Contexte du recrutement et définition de poste :

For Doctolib, Ethics and Compliance are “by design” values. But to make this statement tangible and become better everyday, we’re opening a fully dedicated position.

This is a real opportunity to build from scratch the Ethics & Compliance strategy of Doctolib, under the direct management of the General Counsel. 

The missions, in an ever-changing regulatory framework, are endless (sky is the limit at Doctolib) and its leader will have a strong impact in the company’s development. 

 

This is a job creation, with a possible manager’s role. 

 

Main missions are:



  • Build a strong Compliance governance framework to detect and report non-compliance risks

  • Determine and lay down the set of rules that apply to Doctolib, Doctolibers and its third-parties

  • Determine the compliance program

  • Develop strategic tools allowing an effective implementation of the Compliance Program (conflict of interest identification, third parties assessment, activity monitoring...)

  • Set-up an internal alert system (process and tools), run investigations on the posted alerts

  • spread internally Doctolib’s culture of ethics, transparency and compliance

  • Communicate clear rules to its partners and suppliers

  • Create and monitor the implementation of company rules of deontology and ethics



Profil recherché :

 

Who you are

  • 3-5 years of experience minimum within a compliance function;

  • You have notions of compliance & reputation, Whistleblowing, Conflict of interests, Anti-Corruption and GDPR

  • Significant experience in a fast growing tech company

  • Legal, Business, Finance or IT background education

  • Demonstrated skills in leadership and project management

  • Business acumen, and judgment and the ability to effectively influence without authority.

  • Fluency in French and English mandatory
