Job Description

Main objectives : 

• Within the internal audit team, you carry out assignments on the various components of the Group's Information Systems (governance, systems, security, compliance, data reliability, transformation project, etc.).
• More specifically, you identify risk areas and opportunities for improving processes and internal control.

Main areas of accountability :

Reporting to the Head of Group Audit, and in conjunction with the Executive Committee:

• you plan and conduct information systems audits to evaluate the control environment and internal controls regarding information technology governance structure, general and application controls, system development, backup and disaster recovery, data integrity, and system security
• you contribute to the risk mitigation and the improvement of Information Systems by identifying weaknesses, making recommendations and following up their implementation
• you provide guidance for the integration of internal control in transformation projects (internal control by design)
• you will be involved in specific audits and projects initiated by the Management in the various departments and subsidiaries of the Group.

Evolving in an international environment, English will be your daily working language. In relation with the Management and the various departments at the head office, you will develop a specific link with the Group's Product and Technology Department and its operational teams.

This position requires travel, mainly to European countries, which represents approximately 25-30% of your working time.

·       Internal:  All departments/entites in Europcar Mobility Group

·       External: External Auditors 

Profil recherché

Qualifications

 Previous experience: At least 3 years working experience with a major audit firm (Big 4) or in a consulting firm or as an Information Systems internal auditor with an international company

Education level / certificates: Computer Engineering School, Business school or University Master Degree with an Information Systems management option

Languages: Fluent English, knowledge of a second European language (German, Italian, Spanish)

Computer skills:  Good culture and solid technical knowledge (main software on the market, networks, security, etc.)
