Contexte du recrutement et définition de poste

Due to short-term assignement of our junior internal auditor to a corporate initiative, we are looking for a replacement for 5 months (ideally mid March to July).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports 3 regional Audit Leads in the preliminary activities of any engagements (data analytics, data mining using dedicated ACL software).
  • Participates in fieldwork activities (on site) to support Audit Lead (attendance to interviews, samples verifications and tests, completing checks of standard work programs). Collects reliable, relevant and sufficient evidence to support the findings. Evaluates them with critical eyes.                                                  
  • Helps to draft audit finding identified during fieldwork. Proposes value-added recommendations that deal with root cause of issues and impact to the organization, obtains management approval, concludes on risk assurance.                                                     
  • Supports the periodic monitoring process of open audit actions by proactively updating KPIs and escalating issues to the team.
  • Performs tracking and monitoring of the internal audit KPIs (audit status, quarterly open actions’ reports, feedback survey results).
  • Supports Head of Internal Audit with audit committee presentations as well as DG executive summary (quarterly)     .
  • Participates to quarterly sessions with key stakeholders (e.g. Legal&Compliance, Purchasing, Quality, IT security, HR….)    

 

Profil recherché

  • Young graduate of University or equivalent, last-year student looking for internship
  • You are curious, eager to learn every day, keep out of your comfort zone
  • Strong resilience in difficult situations to push through resistance and influence people in a constructive manner
  • Excellence in the technical conventions of language (spelling, punctuation, grammar, etc.)
  • High professional care when conducting audit activities (independence, objectivity, rigor, fact-based, high ethical values in any circumstances)
  • Fluent in English with French/Spanish intermediate being a plus
  • You are a strong team player and convinced that one team delivers more than one individual
