Contexte du recrutement et définition de poste

The Group Internal Audit Department carries out audits on all activities and processes in France and abroad.
Reporting to the Group Internal Audit Director, your role consists in:
- Planning and executing the operational and/or financial audits (assurance and consulting) assigned by the Group Internal Audit Director. This includes:
* The definition of the Working Program based on risks, internal control best practices, and Group rules;
* The identification of opportunities for improvement through deep analysis of the process, interviews and tests;
* The proposal of recommendations that are realistic, achievable, cost effective and add value to the business;
* The pre-validation and validation of all findings with relevant stakeholders;
* And the drafting of the Internal Audit Report.
- Following-up the implementation by internal customers of the agreed action plans;
- Building positive working relationship with internal customers, including Senior Management, and working with them on business process and internal control improvements;
- Participating in the definition of the risk-based Annual Internal Audit Plan;
- Taking part in other projects assigned within the Internal Audit Department to improve its effectiveness, efficiency and positive visibility within the Group;

Profil recherché

- 2/3 years of experience as an Internal Audit professional in an international, ideally Logistics or Distribution group;
- Ideally certified in internal audit methodology (CIA)
- Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time (domestic and international);
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Suite and ideally in data analytics tools such as IDEA or ACL;
- Fluent in English and French. A third language will be an asset (Chinese, Russian, Spanish or Italian...)
- Excellent listening skills and communication skills both written and oral;
- Able to influence and engage people at all levels;
- Intellectual curiosity and attention to detail;
- Ability to analyse complex business situations and strong problem solving skills;
- Capacity to work to deadlines;
- Able to work within a team.

Remote work: 2 days a week.
